Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support across HR, Marketing and Governance functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records management
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of documentation related to HR and business operations
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates
  • Help maintain accurate files and information systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Provide general office support, including managing correspondence and maintaining office systems
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement administrative projects

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team environment
  • A passion for developing a career in business administration and HR
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
