In this pivotal role, you will help shape and deliver HR services across a network of schools, ensuring we continue to offer exceptional support to our staff and create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead on key parts of our People strategy and policy development, ensuring alignment with Trust goals and educational standards.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and training to develop a highly skilled workforce across the Trust.
  • Oversee HR administration, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  • Foster a positive culture and strong relationships across all schools within the Trust.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to school leaders and senior management teams.


What We’re Looking For:


  • CIPD qualified or equivalent,
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to people management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and lead projects effectively.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to improving the experience for all staff.
