GRADE A SCP 2 – 3 (£23,656 - £24,027) FTE

WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO:

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
  • A passion for developing a career in HR and Finance Administration.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.


YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

  • To provide professional, effective and efficient customer focussed HR & financial administrative support services to all stakeholders including students, staff, parents and other visitors.
  • To assist with the delivery of HR & financial administrative services in school and meet agreed quality and performance standards.
  • To organise, manage and maintain the use of information systems.
  • To always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
