YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:
- To support and supervise pupils with SEMH/learning difficulties who may present with challenging behaviour under the direction of the Behaviour and Intervention manager.
- To support pupils and families in raising attendance at school and providing timely and effective interventions to Persistence absenteeism (90% and below) and Serious Absenteeism (50% and below).
- To support staff and students in restorative practices.
- To support any investigations into pupil behaviours or safeguarding incidents.
- To run intervention sessions/support academic progress in the re-set and reflection room.
- Support the development of Christian ethos through aiding pupils in their spiritual development
